THE 4 PHASES OF THE HCG DIET

There are 4 simple phases of the HCG Diet

(PHASE 1) A LOADING PHASE
This phase generally lasts 2 days. During this phase, you eat as many fatty foods with a high amount of calories. This allows your body to store the fat which will let you last through phase 2.
(PHASE 2) A VERY LOW-CALORIE DIET
This phase of the HCG diet is the most familiar as your diet needs to consist of roughly 500 calories while receiving HCG injections.
This phase lasts 26 to 40 days.
(PHASE 3) A MAINTENANCE DIET
This phase is also known as a stabilization phase where starches and sugars are completely avoided. Please consult Dr. Gertzman about HCG approved foods for this phase.
Your digestive system must adapt to the hormonal imbalances that may occur during the diet.
(PHASE 4) A LONG-TERM LIFETIME DIET
Just like any diet process, it is a lifetime commitment and not a short time commitment.
